Amaka knew Gold wouldn’t usually say such things about Tunde but the alcohol had loosened her tongue.
Amaka: “Yeah, I know he doesn’t love you. Have you ever looked at yourself? Where are you, and where is he?”
Gold: “You’re right. He doesn’t love me, but what can I do about it? It’s not my mistake.”
Amaka: “Your mistake was marrying him.”
Gold: “I didn’t want to marry him! They forced me into it. I didn’t even see his face before the wedding.”
Amaka: “Then why are you still with him? Leave him.”
Gold: “No… I can’t live without him. I’ve fallen in love with him.”
Amaka: “Dream on, girl. Tunde will never even notice you.”
Gold: “That’s because witches like you keep clinging to him all the time!”
Hearing this, Amaka said angrily, “How dare you call me a witch!”
Gold: “Of course, a witch will only be called a witch, right?”
Gold was heavily drunk, wasn’t aware of what she was saying.
But Amaka was seething with anger, she sent a text to someone, “Get to the room quickly and be ready as planned. I’m sending the girl.”
A devilish smile appeared on Amaka’s face as she thought, “Poor girl. Tonight, you’ll be humiliated so badly that Tunde will leave you forever. And he’ll never ever want to see your face again.”
Helping the stumbling Gold, Amaka said, “Look, you’re not feeling well. Go upstairs and rest in room. I’ll tell Tunde to come for you.”
Saying this, Amaka started taking Gold upstairs with her but Gold was unwilling to go. “No!! Leave me… I won’t go anywhere with you!”
But Amaka was seething with anger, she sent a text to someone, “Get to the room quickly and be ready as planned. I’m sending the girl.”

Still Amaka started leading Gold upstairs. But just as Amaka was about to push Gold into the room, someone grabbed Gold’s hand and pulled her back.
