However, he didn’t say anything about it for now.

Standing at a distance, Bukola and Olamide had been watching everything that was happening. They exchanged a glance and then looked at Tunde with suspicion.

“Olamide Brother… Are you too thinking that what I’m thinking?”

“What are you thinking?”

“I think Tunde Brother is feeling very jealous.”

“Hmm… I think so too. The way he was glaring at Raymond, it wasn’t normal at all.”

“So that means…”

They looked at each other and then together, they both said, “He’s starting to fall in love with Sister-in-law…”

Both of them spoke at the same time and the next moment, out of excitement, they high-fived each other. But in their excitement, they forgot that Tunde and Gold were standing right in front of them.

Tunde and Gold didn’t hear what Olamide and Bukola were saying but seeing them celebrating like that, they both stared at them. Realizing that Tunde and Gold were watching them, Bukola quickly ran to her room and Olamide immediately headed outside.

As he reached the door, Olamide turned to Tunde and said, “Hurry up! I’m waiting near the car. We’re getting late for the office.”

Tunde was about to leave too but suddenly, Raymond crossed his mind. He turned back and looked at him, then glanced around the house. “I don’t know why, but I don’t get a good feeling about this guy. Right now, only Bukola and Gold are in the house. I can’t leave Gold alone with him like this.”

Tunde was lost in his thoughts when Olamide walked back inside and shouted, “Hey, what are you doing? Come on! I’ve been waiting for so long!”

Tunde glanced at Gold once and then, after thinking for a moment, he told, “We’re not going to the office today.”

“Huh? Why?” Olamide was shocked.

“What Why? Your engagement is the day after tomorrow and you’re worried about the office? We’ll go only after your engagement is over,” Tunde calmly replied.

“Are you crazy? We have a meeting with Mr. Smith at 4:00 PM today, did you forget?”

Hearing this, Tunde went into deep thought. He didn’t want to leave Gold alone like this but today’s meeting was also very important. After thinking for a bit, he told Olamide, “Okay, then you go now. I have some work, so I’ll come later. Don’t worry, I’ll be there before 4:00 PM.”

“But what work do you have here so early in the morning?” Olamide glanced at him.

“Oh, I have some work. Forget all that and just go to the office quickly.”

“Fine, I’m going. But I want you in the office before 3:00 PM.”

“Okay, I’ll be there.”

Saying goodbye to everyone, Olamide left for the office. Gold had been silently listening to their conversation, she asked Tunde after Olamide left, “Can I help you with something?”

“For what?” Tunde asked her.

“You said you had work, so can I help?”

“No… There’s no need.”

Tunde turned to leave but suddenly stopped. He didn’t want to leave Gold here and go to his room either. “Listen, come to the room quickly. I need your help.”

“But just now, you said there was no need.”

Gold was confused a lot because of Tunde’s behavior.

“But now I need it. Do you have a problem helping me?”

“Why would I have a problem? But here, all this work…”

“There are workers here to do all that. You come upstairs right now. My work is very important.”

Tunde took Gold upstairs with him. Raymond just stood there, watching them go. Controlling his anger, he walked out of the house.
