But Gold started crying again and began hitting him with the pillow.

Tunde tried to calm her down, holding her hands.

“Friend, what have I done now? What happens to you all of a sudden?”

Gold was crying, she told, “You said you would marry her.”

“Yeah, so?”

“So, does that mean you will divorce me!!”

Gold started crying loudly.

Tunde thought for a moment and then said, “I completely forgot that I’m already married, but your idea is really great. Let’s get a divorce and then you will be free. What do you think?”

Hearing this, Gold got really hurt and started crying more loudly.

Tunde got scared seeing her cry so much and tried to calm her down.

While holding her hands, Gold struggled to free herself and in the process, she fell off the bed. Tunde tried to catch her but in the attempt, he also fell on top of her.

Their faces were so close to each other.

Tunde saw tears in Gold’s eyes. Seeing her cry like that, Tunde felt really bad. He wiped her tears with his hand and started apologizing.

“You… you are so weird… I don’t know what happens to you suddenly. But please forgive me… I made you cry… I’m sorry…”

Gold went silent, but didn’t say anything.

Tunde apologized again and this time, Gold gave him a small smile and held his face, kissing his forehead.

Tunde was shocked, his eyes widened but Gold kept smiling. Tunde noticed that due to the alcohol, her eyes were closing.

Meanwhile, at the party:

Everyone was talking and enjoying the party when romantic music started playing.

Joyce and her fiancé went to the stage and started dancing. Slowly, others joined with their partners and the atmosphere turned romantic.

Suddenly, Dave went to Rita and asked her to dance in style. Sensing this, Bukola made a gesture to Rita to go but Rita was about to refuse when she noticed Olamide standing behind, talking to someone.

Olamide had been glaring at Dave since he had started walking toward Rita.

Seeing Olamide like this, Rita didn’t know what came over her, but she agreed and took Dave’s hand. They walked to the stage. Olamide was furious but said nothing.

On the stage, Dave put his hand around Rita’s waist, which she didn’t like at all but since it was a couple dance, being close was normal.

Rita didn’t say anything and danced with Dave.

Olamide was getting more irritated and wanted to go and kick Dave out but he stayed quiet and just watched.

Rita knew Olamide was jealous and she came to dance to make him more jealous.

But after a long time with no reaction from Olamide, Rita felt sad.

She thought maybe Olamide didn’t care about her anymore. She was about to leave when the music stopped and everyone started clapping.

Rita looked at Olamide, but he walked away without even glancing at her. Rita went back to Bukola but Dave grabbed her hand and pulled her away.

Dave took Rita to a corner and stood very close to her.

Rita didn’t expect this. She tried to push him away, but she was no match for his strength. She couldn’t move, so in frustration, she said,

“What are you doing, Dave? Please stay away!”

“No…” Dave said with a devilish smile on his face
