Gold and Tunde were sitting together in the room, having their meal.

Amara came towards their room for some work. Seeing them eating together from the same plate, she stopped outside and listened to their conversation.

She didn’t like how close Gold and Tunde had become with each other.

The nurse who was with Amara asked her, “Ma’am, what happened? Aren’t you going inside?”

Amara snapped out of her thoughts at the nurse’s voice. She controlled her emotions and knocked on the door before entering.

Tunde and Gold, seeing her come in, moved a little away from each other.

“So sorry, guys… I hope I didn’t disturb you both?”

Gold said with a smile, “Oh no… How come you’re here? Did you need something? You could have called me, right? The doctor has advised you not to move around too much, you remember that, don’t you?”

“Yes, I remember. It was just some work… but if you guys are busy, I can come later. No problem.”

“No… tell me, what do you need?” Tunde asked.

“Actually, there’s no hot water in my room’s bathroom and I needed to take a bath. Your room was the closest, so I thought of using your bathroom.”

“Why are you bringing Gold into this? What does she have to do with it?”
